There is only an electrical connection in the room. The toilets are located in the common area next to the building (the whole floor has its own toilets).

CONDITION

The space is currently in its original condition and needs a thorough renovation. As you can see in the render between the pictures, the space can be rearranged so that the renovation itself provides an entrance hall and meeting room below, and offices for about 6 jobs above.

Possibility to rent parking spaces for the building (50 euros per month + VAT)

The Land registry is arranged. The seller’s contractual condition is that the buyer pays the cost of real estate transfer tax, which is 2% of the contract price.
