The rental price for the warehouse tent with parking is 1.900 EUR / per month + VAT.

Option to rent the tent without parking – 5 EUR / m2 / month + VAT.

The landlord’s condition for concluding the deal is that the tenant takes over the payment of part of the cost of drafting the rental agreement. This includes the following actions by the agent: execution of the property handover and preparation of the report, participation in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, i.e., the tenant pays 1.900 EUR + 22% VAT for the advertised rent.
