We are mediating the sale of a bright 3-room apartment located on the first floor of a building on Kunaverjeva Street in Ljubljana. The layout of the apartment is very practical and suitable for a multi-member family, including 2 bedrooms (facing north), a bathroom and separate toilet, a kitchen leading into a south-facing living room with a balcony exit. Parking:

Parking is arranged and reserved (garage box with its own locked entrance) under the building, but the parking space is NOT owned.

The Land Registry and other documentation are in order (the building has both a construction and use permit). The seller’s condition is that the buyer takes over the payment of a 2% transfer tax. Move-in is possible in August 2024.
