In the floor plan (under the pictures), you can see the layout of the spaces, which are currently divided into several smaller sections. However, if the tenant wishes, the walls can be demolished (they are not load-bearing) to create one large space of 175 m² (red) and an anteroom (yellow) for unloading, which is under a roof. The ceiling height is approximately 3.5 m.

The landlord’s condition for concluding the deal is that the tenant takes over the payment of part of the cost of drafting the rental agreement. This includes the following actions by the agent: execution of the property handover and preparation of the report, participation in the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, i.e., the tenant pays 1.493 EUR + 22% VAT for the advertised rent.
