We are facilitating the rental of a 1-room apartment in the terraced blocks in Koseze.

The apartment includes an entrance hall, a bathroom, a living area with a kitchen and access to a balcony and a separate bedroom.

Equipment: kitchen with all major appliances, bathroom, cabinets (entrance hall, living room, and bedroom), sofa set, washing machine, bed in the bedroom (140×200).

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building. The building has an elevator, but only up to the 3rd floor.

All necessary infrastructure such as kindergarten, shops, school, post office, bank, Koseze market, LPP bus station (routes 5, 22, 7), etc., are located nearby.

Parking is possible with a city permit near the building, and there is also the option to rent a parking space in one of the nearby garages (Koseško window – approx. 100 EUR/month).

Costs: The average monthly costs are 130 EUR.

Deposit: 3 months’ rent.

Pets are not allowed.

The landlord’s condition for concluding the deal: the tenant agrees to pay part of the cost of preparing the rental agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: conducting the handover of the property and drawing up the minutes, participating in the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing photographic material, i.e., the tenant pays 650 EUR plus 22% VAT on top of the advertised rent.

The contract is concluded for a fixed period (11 months) with the possibility of extension. Available for immediate occupancy!
