The house consists of three floors, each measuring approx. 55m2, with a total size of 167m2:

• On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a toilet, a storage room and a kitchen, which connects to a large living room with an exit to the terrace and garden.
• On the first floor, there is one spacious bedroom with an exit to the balcony, a children’s room, a dressing room, a bathroom and a hallway with a built-in wardrobe.
