Layout and condition:

We mediate in the sale of a very bright studio apartment on Clevelandska Street in Ljubljana. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the block and is oriented to the NE, so that in clear weather the view extends all the way to the Kamniško-Savinjske Alps. Upon arrival to the apartment, there is a small entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, in which there is a place for clothes, a washing machine and a bathroom, and to the left is the passage to the main room, through which you can reach the kitchen and the glazed balcony. All furniture is custom made.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 – bathroom, floors, installations, new equipment. The windows were changed in 2005, the roof in 2010. The facade will be renovated shortly.

Location:

All necessary infrastructure for everyday living is located near the building. Elementary school, kindergarten, BTC, Mercator…

Connections and costs:

The apartment has connections for electricity, water, sewage and optics. The heating is arranged through the heating plant – hot pipes. The average monthly costs (winter/summer) are approx. 130 euros per month.

Parking:

Parking is possible in front of the block, where, according to the owners, there is always a space, so you will not have any problems with parking.

Other:

Land registry and other documentation are in order (the block has both a building and a use permit). You can move in immediately!
