The average operating costs for the WTC building in 2023 are approximately EUR 5,6/m2/month.

It is possible to rent parking spaces in the garage next to the building. The rental price is 130 EUR/parking space/month.

Landlord’s conditions for entering into the transaction:

1.) payment of a security deposit of two rents;

2.) the tenant pays part of the cost of drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the agent: execution of the handover of the property and drawing up of the minutes, participation in the transcription of the subscriptions, preparation and storage of the pictorial material, in accordance with the price list of the real estate company, i.e. at the advertised rent the tenant pays EUR 675,00 + 22 % VAT.

The premises will be available from 1 March 2024.
