Attic apartment in Ljubljana center

Currently, the seller is in the final phase of obtaining a building permit (expected acquisition: end of 2022), which will enable the conversion of the attic. In addition to the apartment measuring 165 m2, the buyer would also get a balcony (8 m2) and the possibility of a terrace measuring approx. 21 m2, it is also possible to build skylights or brooms. Project documentation will be available to anyone who shows interest in purchasing. The utility contribution is the cost of the new owner.

Connections:

All the necessary connections, electricity, water and sewage are brought to the last floor (attic).

Elevator:

The residents agree that the building should also have an elevator. Consent for the construction of the elevator is obtained together with the building permit for the apartment.

Parking:

The possibility of purchasing an owner’s parking space in the garage located in the neighboring street. The price is 25,000 euros.

Unless you decide to buy a parking space in the garage, parking is possible on the street with a permit.
