When renovating the apartment, the owners considered in detail how to make the best use of the space and, with just a few ideas, created a spacious 3-room apartment, which consists of a large living room with access to the balcony, a separate bedroom (oriented to J) and a children’s room (oriented on the S), bathrooms and kitchen. All necessary infrastructure for everyday living is located near the building. Elementary school, kindergarten, bus station, Koseze Market…

The apartment has connections for electricity, water, and sewage. The heating is arranged through the heating plant – hot pipes. The average monthly costs (winter/summer) are approx. 170 euros per month.
Parking:
The apartment does not have its own parking space. Parking is available in the vicinity of the block, where there are many parking spaces.
Other:
Land registry and other documentation is in order. The condition of the seller is that the buyer undertakes to pay sales tax in the amount of 2%. It is possible to move in within two months of the deposit.
