Layout and condition:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a block on Gotska Street in Ljubljana. When renovating the apartment, the owners considered in detail how to make the best use of the space and, with just a few ideas, created a spacious 3-room apartment, which consists of a large living room with access to the balcony, a separate bedroom (oriented to J) and a children’s room (oriented on the S), bathrooms and kitchen. Each of the rooms has large windows, which gives the room brightness. It also has a basement measuring 2.8 sqm.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2010. The renovation included the replacement of electrical and plumbing installations, the replacement of windows, the floor (except in the children’s and living room, where the parquet was sanded) and all the equipment.
All necessary infrastructure for everyday living is located near the building. Elementary school, kindergarten, bus station, Koseze Market…
Connections and costs:
The apartment has connections for electricity, water, and sewage. The heating is arranged through the heating plant – hot pipes. The average monthly costs (winter/summer) are approx. 170 euros per month.
The apartment does not have its own parking space. Parking is available in the vicinity of the block, where there are many parking spaces.
Land registry and other documentation is in order. The condition of the seller is that the buyer undertakes to pay sales tax in the amount of 2%. It is possible to move in within two months of the deposit.
