At one of the best locations in Ljubljana, in the Trnovo suburb, the construction of 4 prestigious residential units, located in two-apartment houses, will begin this year. “MIVKA” apartments are designed in a modern way, with a selection of the best technologically advanced materials and thus the latest guidelines in design and construction for the aware user.

The land in question lies in the part of Trnovo, where there are mostly one- and two-dwelling buildings. The land is square in shape. The shape of the land is followed by the design of a new building, whereby the existing land is divided into two parts, which form the new land for the planned construction. Between the new facilities and the public road Cesta na Loko 37c, the space is intended for parking cars and handling areas. The building is at least 4.0 m away from the boundaries of the neighboring lands in all directions, which is in accordance with the OPN. The plot intended for construction consists of land with parcel numbers 250/485 k.o. 1722 Trnovo suburb, with a total size of 1089 m2. The land is flat and square in shape. It is bordered on three sides by other built-up land, and on the north side by a public road called Cesta na Loko37c.
The facilities will be prefabricated, built of solid wooden CLT panels. Cross-laminated timber panels (CLT) are one of the most modern semi-finished products for construction. The advantages of a solid wooden house, built of CLT panels in quality construction, which enable structural and architecturally demanding construction of buildings are: no deformation due to moisture, they provide high strength and durability, high level of fire and seismic safety, construction is light and compact, and energy efficient, since the material ensures low heating and cooling costs.
In the residential part, a controlled method of ventilation / mechanical ventilation is provided with local wall recuperators in living spaces, which have supply elements for fresh / waste air in the facade in individual living spaces. Drains from kitchens, toilets and bathrooms are made separately, in the latter controlled by humidity.
Facility A and facility B will be heated by gas.
In both units of the buildings (unit A and unit B) cooling of living spaces, bedrooms and rooms on the ground floor, 1st floor, and terrace is planned. For this purpose, indoor wall cooling units are provided for each room, as well as one common outdoor unit. For cooling, a multi split system with one outdoor unit and three to five indoor wall units is implemented. Each apartment has its own multi split cooling system.
